Just hangin' out

After a visit to the deli for breakfast we came home & began working on the house.. I am happy to say....the drywall is all done!! The den & dining room are gonna be spiffytastic once it's all done. I am beyond eager for the mess to be gone. It makes keeping the house clean pretty impossible.


I also made bagels for the 1st time today. They were pretty good, especially with homemade spiced apple/pear jam. We also bought lumber at Menards today for my future garden beds. Seeing Mother Nature jipped us on snow this year, Spring can come any time now. We filtered the homemade ginger ale, bottled up the homemade root beer for storage, vacuumed & I dyed my hair. It was exciting to get so much done after having a crummy feeling day yesterday.


Tonight I made the finishing touches On the monkey I was crocheting. I'm working on making a graph to make a matching afghan and baby sweater set. Until then, Mr Monkey is hangin' at the Woodbury's.
